JUNIOR CLASS HISTORY

In the year of 1945 there were 15 green freshmen that entered Sardis High School. There were 4 that dropped out during the first year: Kattie Lou Neisler, Earl Riddley, Betty Jo Washburn, Alivene Stone. Neal Martin came from Parsons High to Sardis High to enter our class at the second semester.

To start our Sophomore year, we had 2 boys to begin the year with which increased our class to 14. During that year 4 dropped out consisting of Wayne Little, Gene Little, Jean Parker, and Alice Jean Thompson. This left our class with 10 at the end of school but at the beginning of our Junior year there were only 7 that came back. Norma Sue McBride and Clayton Pruett are continuing their education at other places.
