MARVIN FARM (Cypress Creek)

This house is built in a traditional double-pen dogtrot style. Under more modern siding is a log structure. The house, located on U.S. 412 west of Linden, was owned by the late Egbert and Martha Lillian Marvin. What makes this farmhouse especially interesting is that is still has a full complement of outbuildings. Photographs on this page were taken in April 1999.
