Meshack Bailey was a native of Decatur Co. Tenn. Born 1801 Died Aug. 31, 1867. Was married to (Lucinda) maiden name unknown. She was born Dec. 2,1891 Died 1925. They are buried in the Wilson Cemetery in the north end of Decatur Co. near Stuckey' s. He was a farmer and had a son, Alexander.
Alexander — Birth date unknown. He married Jenetta (Pepples) who was adopted by a Dr. and wife. They are both buried in Suttles Cemetary north of Jeanette Tenn. To this union 3 children — Jim, Eldredge and Elmer Lenore.
Jim — Married Rosa (Fowler) of Decatur Co. To this union 2 sons. Clarence and Luther — They moved to Gibson Co. near Humboldt Tenn. nothing known of their families.
Eldredge — Married Anna (Quinn) of Decatur Co. and they had no children. They are buried in the Prospect Cemetery in the north end of the county.
Elmer Lenora (Bailey) Gibson. Born July 28, 1879 Died Feb. 25, 1936. She marrieid Issac Lewis Gibson of Decatur Co. born May 12, 1880 Died June 18, 1966. They are buried at Suttles. He was a farmer and Blacksmith the most of his life. To this union 7 children were born.
John William — Born Sept. 23, 1899. Died 1966 and was buried at Suttles. He married Jessie (Maxwell) 1921. To this union were born 4 children —Tressie, Loy, Lenois and William Cleamon. All of Decatur Co. Later Moving to Humboldt Tenn, he was a butcher and grocery business until he retired.
Tressie (Gibson) Cagle born Aug. 20, 1922. — Married William Pershing Cagle of Parsons, Tenn. To this union 5 children were born, William Charles, Clarice and Jerry Lynn born in Decatur Co. — Chorlette and Norman Wayne were born in Gibson Co. They all moved to Three Rivers, Mich. —William Pershing deceased. Borned May 5, 1966. Buried at Three Rivers Mich.
William Charles Cagle — born Sept. 18, 1940 — married Ia (Beam) of Strugas Mich. To this union 2 sets of twins born. William Charles Jr. — Born Feb. 9,1970; Charlotte Nichole — Born Feb. 9,1970. Pitlie Charles — Born Aug. 26, 1973; Charlotte Crystal — Aug. 26, 1973.
Clarice (Cagle) Stump — Born Sept. 7,1941 — married Robert Stump of Mich. To this union 3 children were born. Vickie Ann — Born April 2,1962, Christine Kay — Born Aug. 12, 1964, Jo Ann Michelle — Born Nov. 28, 1966

Charlotte (Baker) Cagle — Born Dec. 6, 1945 — married Russell Baker of Mich. To this union 2 children were born, Hollie Ann — Born April 18,1969, Brenda Loraine — Born June 12, 1971.
Loy Gibson — married Christine Polly" McKnight of Gibson Co. To this union 2 children were born — Terry and Darline. Of Humboldt Tenn.
Lenois Gibson — married Charlotte ‘Perry' of Humboldt Tenn. To this union three children were born, Nathen, Gail, and Teresia. All of Humboldt Tenn.
William Cleamon Gibson — married Rachel Stanford' of Henderson Co. To this union 3 children were born — Joual, Sharon and Iris. of Henderson Co. Tenn.
Martin Edwin Gibson — Born Nov. 14,1899 in Decatur Co., is a retired farmer. He married Dena "Boyd" Dec. 25, 1927. To this union 2 Children were born.
Geneva (Gibson) Mensi — Born Jan. 18, 1929 in Decatur Co. — Married Mario Mensi from Italy. To this union 3 children were born — Dana, Mary An and Martin. All of Memphis Tenn. They are farmers.
Levon "Gibson" Larson — Born March 4, 1931. in Decatur Co. Married Robert Larson of Mittletown N.J. He is an employee of Singer Machine Co. To this union 2 children were born. — Martin and Carol. Of Mittletown N.J.

Evelyn "Gibsen" Wood — Born Feb. 8,1941 in Decatur Co. — married Eddie Wood of Lexington, Tenn. To this union 2 children were born. Palemia born in Decatur Co. — Jonathen born in Henderson Co.
Alton Gibson — Born Sept. 25, 1908 in Decatur Co. Died 1955. Buried at Cub Creek Hall Cemetery north of Parsons Tenn. He married Bonnie "Quinn" of Decatur Co. and was a farmer. To this union 1 daughter — Jenetta.
Jenetta — Born Sept. 1944 in Decatur Co. — she married Mack Johnson farmer of Decatur Co. To this union 1 son — Mark Lewis, was born May 1970. At Camden Tenn. Benton Co.
Obie Gibson — Died as an infant March 23,1912 was buried at Gibson Cemetary. Grave unmarked.
Leuvena (Gibson) Quinn — Born 22, 1914 Died July 20, 1946. She was buried in Suttles Cemetery — her husband Howard Quinn was a,farmer. To this union a daughter was born and died July 20, 1946 name Vivian Ester. Both Mother and baby are buried together.
Ellen (Gibson) Byrd — Born April 16, 1903 in Decatur Co. — Died March 8,1952. She married Earl Olma Byrd borned July 10,1889 Died July 2, 1946. Both are buried at Prospect in the north end of Decatur Co. Occupation farming. They were married Nov. 16, 1919 in Decatur Co. To this union were born 4 children — William Gauvain, Dorothy, C. Ray and Carmie Lea, all born in Decatur Co. Tenn.
William Gauvain Byrd — Born Jan. 17, 1921 Died April, 1966. Buried in Prospect Cem. — Wife Minnie Lou (Trimble) of Benton Co. Tenn. They were married Nov. 11, 1954. At Corinth Miss. Alcorn Co.
