John G. Yarbro, son of James Lawson arid Dora Vise Yarbro, was born in 1890 and died in 1973.
His grandparents were Henry and Deliah Crawley Yarbro were married Lost Creek in 1825 and George Herbert Vise who married Tennessee Wayne Lafferty.
George Herbert Vise's father was John Vise, a Revolutionary Soldier.
John G. Yarbro married Leora Keeton, born in 1891 and died in 1969, the daughter of Sanders L. Keeton, born in 1859 and died in 1936 and Amanda Ellen Hay, born in 1855 and died in 1944.
To this union four daughters and a son were born. John Keeton born 7-3-1915, Helen, born 9-30-1917, Eldora, born 8-1-1925, Annabelle born 9-20-1 926, and Lola born 10-8-1928.
John Keeton (J.K.) married Thelma Hardy of Lauderdale county and they have a son, Welborn Hardy, and two daughters, Joyce Arnell and Johnnie Kay.
Welborn married Patsy Mooney and they have two sons, David and Tim.
Joyce Arnell, deceased, married Charles Butler and they had a daughter Christy who married Joe Pope, Jeff who married Mickey Hughs and Robert, single.
Johnnie Kay married Tony Gibson and they are the parents of Wayne and Joel Gibson. Helen married Bob Brigance, deceased and they had a son Robert Brigance.
Eldora married Clyde Ray Watson in 1942 and they have a daughter Kristina Lea and a son Clyde Ray Jr. who married Mary Beverly Reuther.
Anabelle (Anne) married Joe Alexander and they are the parents of Jo Ann who married Tom Rice. Their family includes Robbie, Ricky and Ronnie.
Sammy married Janett Moore and Pamela married James Brantley and they have two children Misty and Steven.
Lola married Billy Goff and they are the parents of a daughter, Penelope (Penny) who married Tommy Bell, and three sons Tommy, Ricky and Patrick.
